[ RECEPTIONIST ]
The Receptionist will perform traditional receptionist/secretarial duties including fielding incoming calls, greeting customers/visitors, coordinating office activities, and assisting managerial staff with completion of day-to-day responsibilities. The receptionist will also assist with inventory management, shipping and receiving, delivery scheduling, and other business operations as required.
[ DESKTOP PUBLISHER ]
The Desktop Publisher will be required to undergo various word processing duties including but not limited to the design of forms, resumes, brochures, business cards, newsletters, invitations, presentations, etc. Also various object scanning and clip-art production is expected.
[ MULTIMEDIA ANALYST ]
The Multimedia Analyst will be required to develop or locate commercial graphics for use in inter-business projects or client related projects. The ability to manipulate digital images and knowledge of image formats as well as rendering software is a must.
[ ANIMATION DEVELOPER ]
The Animation Developer should be able to create smooth animations with a flowing story (for cutscenes) and consistent appearance. Must be able to come up with outlines for such scenes along with storyboards and use various 3 dimensional assistance software also for internal and external purposes.
[ AUDIO DEVELOPER ]
The Audio Developer creates and mixes the sounds, music and voice effects within various services. Knowledge of computer software to carry these tasks, audio format conversion and compression is expected for internal and external purposes.
[ SKIP TRACER (PEOPLE FINDER) ]
The Skip Tracer will use specialized software developed internally to locate any given individual internationally and obtain any requested information on this person. Knowledge of state and national laws is a must. Social Engineering skills are a plus. Strict confidentiality will be applied and expected.
[ WINDOWS / DOS OPERATING SYSTEMS TRAINER ]
The Windows / Dos Operating Systems Trainer will provide one-on-one consultation to our clients to show them the internals and externals of Windows 3.11, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows ME and DOS systems. This position requires meeting with the client to determine what they would like to know and develop an action plan to get them the knowledge they need. Excellent communication skills are required.

The Operating Systems Trainer will provide one-on-one consultation to our clients to show them the internals and externals of Linux, Unix, or Solaris based systems. This position requires meeting with the client to determine what they would like to know and develop an action plan to get them the knowledge they need. Excellent communication skills are required.
[ MICROSOFT SOFTWARE TRAINER ]
This trainer will perform one-on-one consultation to our clients to show them all they need and would like to know about any given Microsoft products. Primarily this trainer will be dealing with MS: Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint, Publisher, Frontpage, Outlook and Money.
[ LOTUS SOFTWARE TRAINER ]
This trainer will perform one-on-one consultation to our clients to show them all they need and would like to know about any given Lotus products. Primarily this trainer will be dealing with Lotus: Word Pro, 1-2-3 Spreadsheets, Freelance Graphics, Organizer, and Approach.
[ COREL SOFTWARE TRAINER ]
This trainer will perform one-on-one consultation to our clients to show them all they need and would like to know about any given Corel products. Primarily this trainer will be dealing with Corel: Wordperfect and Quattro Pro.
[ BORLAND SOFTWARE TRAINER ]
This trainer will perform one-on-one consultation to our clients to show them all they need and would like to know about any given Borland products. Primarily this trainer will be dealing with Borland Paradox.
[ COMPUTER CONSULTANT ]
Must have knowledge in the field of personal computers and high performance computers. Knowledge of the current prices of computing equipment and the status of the current industry is also needed. Must show the ability to determine the resources that our client needs based on their requirements.
[ COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE CONSULTANT ]
Must have knowledge in the field various commercial software applications. Knowledge of the current prices of products and the status of the current industry is a must. Knowledge of online product sales, e-commerce is a plus. Also needed, is the ability to determine the resources that our client needs based on their requirements. Commerical software, updates, patches, etc location research is also expected.
[ INTERNET CONSULTANT ]
Must have knowledge in the field of various computing platforms. Knowledge of the TCP/IP, IPX/SPX, NetBEUI, HTTP, FTP protocols are required. Network and ISP configuration along with remote access knowledge is essential. A large portion of this position will be within the field of internet security. The ability to determine the resources that our client needs based on their requirements is a must.
[ COMPUTER ANALYST ]
Will perform on-site or in-house troubleshooting, repair, service and support for Windows or linux based personal computers for educational, government and commercial customers in Mississippi. Experience and proficiency with personal computer installation, repairs, upgrades and troubleshooting is a must.
[ SCIENTIFIC / TECHNICAL RESEARCHER ]
Must have knowledge in one or more fields of Geology, Physics, Astronomy, Biology, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Genetics, Chemistry, Aerospace, or Engineering. The researcher will collect data on any topic given by the client and summarize the data, eliminating any duplicate information, highlighting the key components, etc. The data will be formatted to any style that the client chooses. Knowledge of the internet, library services, phone skills are required.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for information brokering, technical writing at various levels, and providing data conversion, data backup, and data recovery. The ability to determine numerical patterns and interpret charts and graphs is a must. Also required is a strong knowledge of data / file structures as well as various storage techniques.
[ WEBMASTER ]
The Web master will be responsible for Internet presence design, development and maintenance activities for commercial clients in Mississippi. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in standard web development and graphics design packages. Successful applicants must be capable of managing project-based assignments and have skills that allow them to work with multiple parties to design and develop a finished product that meets and exceeds the client's expectations.

The Technical Support Representative will field initial customer requests for technical/network support and determine the best alternative for resolving customer difficulties. Position requires a working knowledge of a broad-range of Operating Systems, Hardware, Software, and Networking. Good decision making skills and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsible for joystick, mouse, VR gear, and other input/output hardware from within any given software development project. Requirements: C++.
[ SHELL PROGRAMMER ]
